Repair Service

All units requiring repair must have an RMA number. This number must be clearly displayed on the unit's external packaging. Units shipped without an RMA number will not be accepted. Units which are out of warranty will require a Purchase Order for the repair services. Every effort will be made to repair your unit as promptly as possible. In the event your unit cannot be repaired within 30 days, you will be notified.

Units in warranty must be shipped to PMD prepaid; return shipping via UPS Ground will be paid by PMD. Units out of warranty must be shipped prepaid; return shipping costs by the method of your choice will be billed on your invoice.

IMPORTANT

When shipping your unit, pack securely and ship prepaid and insured. Practical Micro Design, Inc. will not be held liable for damage to or loss of the product during shipment.

Include a note with each unit outlining the problem and the RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, contact:
